The management team at Surfbuild prioritise health & safety and operatives are regularly sent on training courses to ensure our workforce hold the relevant qualifications for their roles. All of our management team hold an SMSTS qualification.
Surfbuild also employ an external health & safety consultancy to monitor and review our policies and site performances. Our consultant will then provide us with feedback and inform us on any new health & safety practices we could implement within our work activities to maintain our high standards.
